• Triple Pillar Guide Structure: The innovative triple pillar guide structure solves the long-standing eccentric load challenge of C-frame press machines, significantly improving machine precision, rigidity and operational stability during initial feeding, end-of-material processing and mold misalignment conditions.
• New Upper Pillar Guide Design: Based on the triple pillar guide structure, an additional upper pillar guide is integrated to create a "Dual Lower + Dual Upper Steel Tube Guide with Triple Pillar Guides" configuration. This advanced design further optimizes C-frame presses by improving structural stability and reducing deformation caused by conventional cast iron frame structures.
• Comparable Gantry-Type Innovative Design:
  1. The optimized frame space design provides easier mold installation and operation access, achieving a full-access workspace similar to a gantry-type press machine.
  2. The forced crank center lubrication system, enclosed upper frame construction and sealed lower frame oil tank work together to provide excellent oil resistance and dust protection performance.
