The entire production process of the company strictly follows the ISO 9001:2015 international quality management system requirements. Equipped with nearly 100 types of precision measuring tools and instruments, the company utilizes high-precision equipment such as the Japan-made Dead Point Accuracy Monitoring Recorder, Swiss-made Two-Dimensional Measuring Instrument, and Hexagon Coordinate Measuring Machine. Additionally, Swedish-made Laser Geometric Measuring Instruments are used to accurately inspect all die components, ensuring the precision and flawless quality of each part, as well as dynamic JIS Grade 1 precision. Furthermore, key components are assigned a dedicated tracking system from the moment they enter the factory, and records are fully maintained from the source to the customer.
