• Triple Pillar Guide Structure: The innovative triple pillar guide structure solves the long-standing eccentric load issue of C-frame press machines, improving precision, rigidity and operational stability during initial feeding, end-of-material processing and mold misalignment conditions.
• Advanced Upper Pillar Guide Design: Based on the triple pillar guide structure, an additional upper pillar guide is integrated to create a "Dual Lower + Dual Upper Steel Tube Guide with Triple Pillar Guides" configuration. This design further improves the deformation resistance and structural stability of C-frame precision presses.

  1. The optimized frame structure provides easier mold installation and maintenance access, achieving a working space similar to a gantry-type press machine.
